We are seeking a Litigation Executive with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage and prioritize workload, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient file management, adherence to timescales, compliance with precedents, and proper documentation using the case management system.
  • Proactively progress files towards settlement, managing inactivity and complaints.
  • Manage financial aspects, including billing, to meet KPIs.
  • Secure and review medical reports, valuing them according to guidelines and case law.
  • Obtain the client's Schedule of Loss and relevant evidence.
  • Prepare cases for litigation and hearings, including post-settlement steps.
  • Minimize write-offs and case closures, ensure prompt file closures, and handle ledger inquiries.
  • Draft legal documents accurately, including court documents and schedules, and brief counsel as needed.
About You
  • Previous experience handling RTA fast track cases.
  • Understanding of litigation processes.
  • Ability to assess medical reports from various disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant case management systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to meet financial targets and KPIs.
