Do you have a passion for teaching B2B sales? Are you a positive influencer and performance improver? We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver sales floor training and development in a high volume, high performance, telephone-based B2B sales environment.

Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£55,000, plus superb bonus structure. We are a dynamic, growing SaaS disruptor with UK and worldwide presence, based in a vibrant office in Manchester City Centre. Benefits include 26 days holiday + bank holidays, on-site gym, discounts, and more.

Role Overview:

  • Develop and deliver training for sales teams including Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants, and Business Development Managers.
  • Create training materials and resources tailored to team needs.
  • Proactively identify training needs and address them effectively.

The Person:

  • Experience coaching and training in a B2B sales environment, ideally with large teams or call centers.
  • Ability to design effective training plans and materials.
  • Motivated, dynamic communicator, and visible in a fast-paced setting.
