Join the Wireless Logic Adventure: We’re seeking a Dynamic Head of Account Development, Retention & Growth to help us conquer the IoT world! This is a hands-on senior leadership role focused on driving exceptional customer satisfaction and in doing so, maximise growth and retention within an established and expanding customer base. You’ll lead our talented team of Account Development Managers, coaching and empowering them to supercharge customer relationships and unlock new opportunities. You’ll be the driving force behind our growth, making sure our customers are thrilled and our business is booming.

- Responsible for the management and development of Wireless Logic's exceptional account base in across the Wireless Logic and Arkessa brands in the UK Market.
- Nurture, develop and mentor the established Account Development sales team to build strong relationships, trust and confidence across the customer base.
- Enhance sales skills, productivity, and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Foster and drive deep collaboration with your peers within the team who are leading the Customer Success Management and Strategic Business Development functions to ensure excellence at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the various functions of the business to ensure service excellence, the development and delivery of new solutions for our customers and leverage our commercial agility to deliver not only technology and services that meet our customers’ needs, but commercial models that dovetail into their business models.
- Encourage a culture of applied thinking, curiosity and engagement, challenging the team to invest more time in understanding customer needs and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Drive accountability through setting clear objectives, regular performance reviews, and providing actionable feedback.
- Develop and execute account strategies to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Fostering strong, long-term relationships with key customers, establishing the organisation as a trusted partner.
- Drive and maximise organic growth within the customer base by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the adoption of Wireless Logic's broad array of IoT solutions and services.
- Protect, retain and grow existing revenue streams from a large and diverse customer base that spans a broad horizontal spectrum of different vertical markets and organisation sizes.
- Collaborate with other sales and marketing leaders to align strategies, share insights, and capitalise on market trends.
- Meet and exceed the relevant revenue, margin and EBITDA budgets.
- Ensure market share growth through delivering growth commensurate to Serviceable Addressable Market.
- Understand the complex and rapidly evolving IoT ecosystem, the competitive landscape, key players and the role, value and differentiation that Wireless Logic offers.
The Secret Sauce: Strong previous experience as both an individual contributor and sales leader in B2B technology sales, especially in account development, although business development experience would also be advantageous. A track record of the consistent delivery of results in both the retention and growth of diverse and complex customer bases, meeting and exceeding budgets and targets. A passionate and engaged people leader and coach, with experience of and demonstratable results in supporting the growth and development of individuals. Strong focus and ability to build customer loyalty and satisfaction, with the ability to develop strategies tailored to specific client needs. An intimate understanding of the IoT or telecommunications ecosystem, the key players, key markets, emerging technologies and trends would be highly desirable. Driven and ambitious, but also highly collaborative, with a team ethos and desire to deliver collective success from the business and the team. High competence in using data and analytics to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and track performance metrics. Exceptional applied thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
