We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing landscape across two leading jewellery brands with both physical and digital retail footprints.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across online and retail channels. This includes campaign management, PR and sponsorships, media planning, and agency oversight across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
- Own the annual campaign and events calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Lead PR strategy and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers
- Identify and manage brand sponsorship opportunities to enhance visibility and engagement
- Organise and execute press events, media briefings, and influencer partnerships
- Partner with the digital team to drive ecommerce growth through targeted digital initiatives
- Support retail stores with localised marketing, in-store promotions, and experiential events
- Collaborate with showroom managers to align with local market needs and trends
- Develop and implement media plans across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast
- Manage relationships with media planning and buying agencies to maximise ROI
- Evaluate media effectiveness and optimise planning based on insights
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record in campaign management, PR, and cross-channel marketing
- Strong understanding of digital and retail marketing landscapes
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
