Morris Sinclair are delighted to be partnering with a leading Microsoft Consultancy who are on the lookout for their next Modern Workplace Consultant.

Core Skills Required:
- Demonstrable background working with Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security & compliance (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Purview, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, and hybrid identity solutions.
- Proficiency in solution design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale M365 environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and the ability to recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Understanding of Microsoft tenant geo-locations and their impact on data residency, compliance, and performance.
- Ability to advise on Active Directory setup, including authentication models and hybrid configurations.
- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Power BI knowledge for data visualisation and reporting.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, or structured project methodologies.
