What you’ll do:

  • Oversee compliance with CQC and other regulatory frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements
  • Lead on complaints management and assurance of contractual obligations
  • Support Registered Managers to achieve and maintain compliance
  • Deliver compliance training and guidance across the organisation
  • Prepare key reports and performance indicators for senior leaders

What we’re looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC, CIW frameworks, and regulatory processes
  • Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office) and experience in report writing
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Desirable Skills:

  • Complaints Handling or Customer Service qualification
  • Leadership or Safeguarding qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Previous management/leadership experience in social care
