A fantastic opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Our client was recently voted Mortgage Firm of the Year and is looking for a Graduate Trainee Mortgage Advisor. The successful candidate will gain experience working within the business on a daily basis while studying for their CeMap qualifications over 2-3 years. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual seeking a long-term career. It offers regular pay increases as you pass each step of the CeMap qualification, along with continuous guidance and support from the company. There is excellent earning potential once qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering mortgages up to the offer stage
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with estate agency introducers
- Researching mortgage options and submitting cases to lenders
- Progressing to telephoning warm leads and setting appointments
- Conducting mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages
