Senior Learning Experience Designer (Manager) Start: ASAP Remote (potential ad hoc travel to one of our client’s various UK-based offices) 5 days per week 10-month Fixed-Term contract Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum Instinct is excited to be partnering with a law firm with sites located across the globe. Role In this role you will be responsible for: ● Using your design thinking skills in 5Di, human-centred learning, and UX Principles to create visually compelling, high-impact interactive learning modules and advise on holistic approaches to learning. ● Leading a team of up to 3 experienced Learning specialists and supporting individual development through coaching/feedback. ● Utilising your experience in graphic design to lead on art direction and ensure visual standards are met. Adobe Creative Cloud Suite experience is a must. ● Management of both internal and external stakeholders. Person The successful person will have: • Team management experience of either remote or hybrid teams. • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and/or vendors. • Experience in art direction/ensuring visual standards. • Strong graphic, multi-media and instructional design skills with experience creating a range of content. • Understanding of design thinking processes and theory (human-centric design, creative problem solving). • Experience using a Digital Learning Authoring tool (e.g. Elucidat, Adapt, Evolve, GoMo, Articulate 360).
