About the Firm This reputable, close-knit practice is led by a dedicated family solicitor and supported by a team of three experienced staff members. The firm specialises in public & private family matters and prides itself on delivering a personal and effective service to its clients. The Role As a Remote Family Paralegal you will play a key role in supporting the family solicitor with a caseload focused primarily on: Non-molestation orders Private children matters Some private family matters Key Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents and correspondence Typing and transcription of dictation Client liaison by phone and email Diary and appointment management Handling general legal administrative and paralegal duties This is a fully remote position requiring a high level of organisation, initiative and independence. About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A Minimum 5 years’ experience in a family law support role You must be within Shropshire, Staffordshire or Black Country region Strong knowledge of family law , particularly non-molestation and private children matters Proven ability to manage your workload independently Excellent communication and administrative skills A proactive and self-sufficient working style What’s on Offer?
