Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will drive data-informed decisions, build and maintain reporting tools, and support stakeholders with insights into our fulfilment operations. Your analytical skills will help identify improvements and automate processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Fulfilment Operations to understand data needs and develop tools.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to inform actions for continuous improvement.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools like G-sheets, Metabase, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor KPIs, suggest improvements, and contribute to data-driven strategies.
- Support team enablement and training on new tools.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years experience as a Data or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in G-sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R).
- Experience in EdTech or fast-growth startups.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
