Role Overview: One of our clients are looking for a highly polished, service-focused Luxury Travel & Experience Manager to design and manage bespoke travel programmes and curated lifestyle experiences for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, VIPs, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of luxury travel, high-touch service, and logistical excellence, with an instinctive grasp of client expectations at the top end of the market. You will work closely with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless global experiences, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations, from initial itinerary design to on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bespoke Itinerary Design: Craft end-to-end, highly tailored travel experiences across global destinations, incorporating luxury accommodations, exclusive access, fine dining, and cultural or lifestyle activities.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW individuals, private clients, and corporate groups, ensuring an exceptional and responsive guest experience at every stage.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Build and manage strong relationships with high-end hotels, concierge providers, DMCs, private aviation, transport, and lifestyle partners worldwide.
- Travel Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of travel planning including flights, transfers, visas, insurance, and ground support with military precision.
- Onsite Presence & Execution: Oversee delivery on the ground during key experiences and event weekends, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction, and immediate problem-solving.
- Budget & Quotation Management: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes; manage budgets for travel elements and reconcile costs post-travel.
- Curation & Innovation: Constantly seek new experiences, hidden gems, and innovative travel ideas that align with client interests and brand positioning.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in luxury travel, lifestyle management, concierge, or high-end hospitality.
- Proven track record working with UHNW clients, VIPs, or luxury brands.
- Deep understanding of global destinations, high-end properties, and premium service standards.
- Excellent supplier network and industry relationships across the luxury travel and lifestyle sector.
- Strong logistical and itinerary planning skills with a flair for the exceptional.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a service-first mindset.
- Experience managing and coordinating international travel arrangements.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and able to travel frequently.
