We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Front Of House Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all players, staff, and guests
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in dining areas, lounges, and meeting rooms
- Handle special dietary requests and ensure service aligns with nutritional requirements for players and staff
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas
- Set up and clear dining areas, meeting spaces, and other service areas efficiently
- Replenish food, beverages, and consumables in service areas as required
- Report any stock shortages to supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with kitchen, catering, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with event and meeting setups, adapting to changing requirements quickly
