Your new company
I am recruiting on behalf of my clients based in Invergordon for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is office-based in Invergordon and offers an immediate start.
Your new role
In this role you will deal with incoming calls and emails and be the first point of contact for any enquiries. You will support the team with all administration tasks in the office, dealing with incoming mail, checking in any new deliveries and processing any outward packages. You will process timesheets, entering any hours and the details around this into the database. On a weekly basis, you will review incoming invoices and pass to the finance team for processing. This role is based in Invergordon, Monday to Friday.
What you\’ll need to succeed
This role is an immediate requirement, and you would be required to be available to start in the role quickly. You will have previous experience in an administration role and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office. You will work well as part of a team and work to a high level of accuracy. This role will require you to have excellent communication and organisational skills.
What you\’ll get in return
In return, this will offer a competitive rate of pay, an immediate start and a minimum duration of 4 weeks (with possible extension). You will be paid PAYE via Hays and receive payments each week.
