As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive growth and build relationships with large and medium-sized enterprise clients within the Scottish Public Sector, working with director-level stakeholders to demonstrate the value of MHR’s solutions and support long-term career development. Your Team You will be an essential member of our Account Management team, collaborating with Customer Success, Technical, and Product teams to deliver innovative solutions. Together, you will develop account plans and roadmaps tailored to each customer, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on exceptional customer outcomes. Your Impact Your role will directly influence customer satisfaction and success within the Scottish Public Sector. Building trust-based relationships, addressing complex challenges, and communicating MHR’s value will help organizations achieve their strategic goals, driving retention and growth while strengthening MHR’s reputation as a trusted partner. Key Skills Proven ability to build relationships and sell at director and C-level. Consistent achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Experience in account planning and contract negotiations. Ability to communicate business value using ROI and TCO frameworks. Strong discovery, planning, and closing skills. Confidence in handling objections and overcoming barriers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience selling cloud-based software, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Finance sectors. Empathetic with the ability to connect across organizational levels. Team-oriented collaborator. Strong commercial and technological awareness, including cloud, integrations, and analytics.
