You will be joining a multi-award winning firm with a huge presence within the COP sector, with one of the largest teams in the UK. The Role and Requirements

As the COP solicitor you will be responsible for working on a variety of Court of Protection matters including contested, high-value matters. You should have experience with property and affairs, files of professional deputyship work, preferably including high value and complex matters

The ideal candidate should have

– 3 years’ PQE
– Extensive experience of managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters
