This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and customer value — acting as thecritical bridge between the CEO and the VP of Engineering.As a senior product leader, you’ll help shape and refine our roadmap, ensuring it aligns with commercial priorities, market realities, and our long-term strategic vision. You\’ll work side-by-side with the CEO on high-level priorities while also collaborating deeply with engineering to make sure we’re building the right things — the right way.You’ll be central to the development of ournew AI-powered product— a major, two-year initiative designed to become a separate business line alongside our core offering. This isn’t just about building great tech — it’s about building smart, high-impact products that improve client outcomes, drive new revenue, and increase business efficiency.This is afractional role, ideal for a seasoned product leader who enjoys working in lean, high-velocity environments and wants to make a measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product strategy in close partnership with the CEO and VP of EngineeringTranslate business objectives into a product roadmap that balancestechnical feasibility,market fit, andcommercial impactEnsure all product initiatives directly contribute to business growth, client value, or operational efficiencyCross-Functional LeadershipAct as the connective tissue between the CEO and VP of Engineering — helping balance vision with execution and long-term architecture with short-term deliverablesChampion customer and stakeholder needs across design, engineering, and commercial functionsLead prioritisation efforts and ensure resources are focused on the highest-value initiativesAI Product DevelopmentGuide the early-stage build of anew AI-driven productthat will operate as a distinct business lineHelp define MVP scope, validation processes, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CEOEnsure the product leverages AI meaningfully — enhancing client results, improving internal efficiency, and creating long-term defensibilityExecution & Commercial AlignmentDrive clarity around product objectives, milestones, and success metricsMake pragmatic trade-offs between technical complexity, time-to-market, and revenue impactRegularly communicate progress and risks to the CEO and leadership teamRequirementsMust-Have8+ years of product leadership experience, ideally with some time in atech-enabled or AI-drivenbusinessDeep understanding ofsoftware development processesand comfort working closely with engineers on technical decisionsStrongcommercial acumen— able to connect product thinking to revenue, margins, and strategic outcomesExperience buildingnew products from ideation to implementation, especially in B2B or platform environmentsProven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and work across time zones and teamsExcellent communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience working with ad tech, performance marketing platforms, or data-driven marketplacesBackground in SaaS or agency-like business modelsFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and use casesExposure to early-stage startups or fractional/consultative rolesWhat
