The role includes overseeing the delivery of our digital communication channels (to include digital screens and Viva Engage).
The candidate must have experience with Unily (an intranet platform) and HTML coding so they can hit the ground running when they start.
Responsible for the operation and management of the intranet. Maintaining the visual design, site navigation and site content creating a highly effective communication channel to improve colleague engagement.
Accountabilities
Providing a specialist leadership role in the technical development of our digital channels. Responsible for the improvement of our colleague intranet platform to increase colleague engagement and advocacy
Responsible for digital transformation of the colleague intranet platform to create a best-in-class colleague experience
Digital and creative management of intranet platform
Specialist lead in the design and layout of a website, with sound site navigation (information architecture)
Liaise with Tech and vendors on technical questions of implementation and upgrades and point of contact for CMS users
Originates and delivers consistently high-quality content (video, photography, graphic design and animation) across all internal and external channels, including digital and intranet UX (user experience) on time and to budget
Able to work on multiple projects at the same time – from fast turnaround to longer term, more strategic projects
Ensures a consistent look and feel for all content, aligning with both internal and external brand guidelines
Lead projects to improve sections of the intranet or deliver new tools through the intranet with Internal Comms and Local Communicators
Improve platform compatibilities and synergies to improve the colleague experience between software applications
Develops new ways of working, including the creation of templates, etc, to enable quick and effective content delivery
Continually reviews industry standards and trends in the markets to benchmark and to identify best practice and content innovation
Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provides introductions and training to users of all levels

Design tools and software experience in one or more of the following (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Adobe)
Knowledge of core UX/UI concepts
Proven success in collaborating with, and delivering for others
