Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing HR technology solutions.
  • Ensuring seamless system integrations.
  • Maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance while improving HR operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to meet the company's evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Experience in HRIS implementation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
