My global client is eagerly seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience working on ERP transformation programmes. The successful candidate will have experience working for global organisations and managing long-term contracts, overseeing the end-to-end delivery and implementation of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets are properly tracked and controlled.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, systems integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee project governance, including reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Operations) across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Manage scope changes, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
- Champion organizational change management initiatives.
- Ensure data migration, integration, and reporting requirements are delivered effectively and securely.
- Oversee testing strategies, including UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
