Our client, a rapidly growing digital enterprise investment firm, has just moved into stunning, newly renovated offices with panoramic views — and they are looking for you to be their first point of contact.
Working in a team of 3, you will be the go-to person for meeting and greeting, organising the meeting rooms, supporting with events and any issue that may arise. The firm is seeking a Receptionist who has excellent communication skills, is approachable, communicative, and highly organisational. This is an opportunity to join a team that is united and works collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the office. They want a Receptionist with a can-do attitude and who is happy to muck in when needed.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting & Greeting: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
