• A design-led architect or designer with a strong track record in early concept stages
• Someone who can bring creativity, bold ideas, and a strong aesthetic eye to the table
• A flair for hand sketching is a massive bonus, they love the old-school touch
• Confident presenting design ideas internally and externally
• Experience working on large-scale, international projects is highly desirable
