We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join a key project, working mostly remotely with occasional travel to Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, Performance & Goals, Learning).
  • Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.
  • Act as liaison between HR and IT teams.
  • Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Previous contract experience within Inside IR35 frameworks preferred.
