Field Based - This role will manage upwards of 20 nurse clinics across Scotland and the North of England. Passionate about health and wellbeing? Love delivering exceptional patient care? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse/nurse manager looking for a new challenge!

Reporting to the National Nurse Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager leads a team of in-store nurses to deliver safe and effective patient services and achieve commercial goals by providing direction and support to ensure all services are delivered professionally and profitably, through optimal working practices.

A typical day includes:

  • Operational
    • Delivering the Nurse clinic and private services budget
    • Leading, coaching, and developing the Nurse Team to provide exceptional patient service and maximize revenue opportunities
    • Implementing best practices across all Nurse clinics
    • Building relationships with local authorities, GPs, hospitals, businesses, and stakeholders to grow the business
    • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and supporting policy development
    • Ensuring best practice in clinics and following up on development areas from audits
  • Customer Service
    • Leading by example to deliver excellent customer experience and healthcare services
    • Promoting healthcare services to customers and stakeholders
  • People
    • Participating in recruitment and supporting nurse induction programs
    • Fostering a positive team culture and sharing best practices
    • Communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders
    • Supporting ongoing professional development of nurses
  • Professional
    • Staying updated with clinical and operational knowledge across NHS, Public Health, and Private sectors
    • Ensuring compliance with Information Governance and managing clinical incidents

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading a team of clinical experts in a field-based role
  • Understanding of retail or commercial business principles
  • Experience with Revalidation processes
  • Excellent time management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving license for extensive travel and occasional overnight stays
