Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with customer queries professionally and effectively.
  • Supporting diary management and appointment setting.
  • Managing Canva postings and effectively using social media channels.
  • Updating CRM system with candidate details and verifying documentation and qualifications.
  • Managing various business platforms and completing checklists to ensure process continuity.
  • Advertising vacancies effectively.
  • Managing the CRM, cleansing data, and managing market changes in line with GDPR.
  • Filing, scanning, and general office administration.
  • Managing office supplies and the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and managing related reporting.
  • Supporting the team with timely administration to meet business deadlines.
