We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Supervisor to lead our team of relief officers. If you have led frontline teams in environments like retail, hospitality, office support, or corporate services—and you are passionate about delivering excellent internal service—this could be the ideal next step in your career.
As the Team Supervisor, you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Team Supervisor:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team responsible for managing complex scheduling tasks across multiple sites or departments
- Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving issues to meet business needs.
- Drive process improvements and support continuous development of the Relief team.
- Manage team development, training, and performance reviews.
