Based in London, MRK are exclusively working with our established client, who are looking for a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office each week.
This job would suit someone with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or pricing, who combines strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness. This person will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for their assigned route(s) and/or market(s), using data to make well-informed decisions that support revenue and demand growth.

Duties will include:
- Shape and implement revenue strategies across assigned routes or markets, using data to drive pricing and demand-based decisions
- Monitor performance vs. forecast and adjust strategies to meet commercial targets and business plan commitments
- Develop and present reporting and insights to senior stakeholders to influence commercial planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Marketing, and frontline teams to ensure pricing, availability, and customer needs are aligned
- Identify opportunities to mitigate risk, respond to competitor activity, and test new revenue optimisation initiatives
