We are looking for a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to guide their team toward achieving sales and KPI targets while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team in ensuring high customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
- Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and motivating the team.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, etc.
- Assist in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audit compliance and wages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and till reconciliation.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Offer feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
- Contribute to achieving or surpassing the store's monthly sales targets.
- Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and more.
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
- Complete mandatory training for all new colleagues.
- Maintain employee satisfaction and engagement scores at or above company benchmarks.
- Assist in keeping operational costs within the allocated budget.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
- Passionate about retail with a good understanding of current trends and competitors.
- Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness; experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
