Future Signs is seeking an artwork / estimator / client support individual to join their team. The role involves contributing to all aspects of design, signage setup services within the workshop, and liaising with the production team and installers.
Summary of Role
- First line contact for client enquiries.
- Handling client queries related to specifications and project details.
- Producing accurate, bespoke estimates efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers for outsourcing needs.
- Obtaining competitive outwork pricing.
- Booking orders and converting estimates to production.
- Providing detailed job bags and artwork files to production.
- Liaising with logistics to meet delivery requirements.
- Supporting the department to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Developing skills in small/large format digital printing, signage, and manufacturing.
- Providing technical and practical estimating, account management, and supplier liaison support.
- Working within a flexible, professional team to maintain service standards and quality.
- Overseeing jobs from enquiry to delivery, ensuring support is provided as needed.
- Utilizing industry software and participating in printing, finishing, installation, and delivery processes.
- Proven experience in a similar role is beneficial; training will be provided.
Additional Details
