Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite).
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Parking Duty Manager/Offsite Delivery Lead to oversee the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of SZC's off-site parking infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a once-in-a-generation project that will shape the future.
About the Project
As Parking Duty Manager/Offsite Delivery Lead, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of SZC's park and ride facilities, liaise with bus transport services, and ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient commuting experience for employees. Your role will involve supervising staff, monitoring transport schedules, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance across all parking and shuttle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of car parks, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient occupancy.
- Supervise and schedule car park attendants and support staff.
- Monitor and manage Fly Parking concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and incident reports professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and internal teams.
- Work closely with Tier 1 bus operators to ensure punctual and compliant operations.
- Resolve delays, breakdowns, and passenger concerns efficiently.
- Liaise with Community Safety Officers and G4S Security on-site.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing parking facilities and operational risks (e.g., fire safety, traffic flow).
- Strong knowledge of local parking laws, regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and parking management software.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain high-level correspondence.

- First Aid or Security certification.
