Job Description
Are you a successful Senior Legal recruitment professional with experience in not just leading but also growing recruitment teams? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic recruitment business with ambitious expansion plans.
In this role, you will oversee their existing Legal recruitment division, with a key focus on scaling the business and driving team success. This is already a highly performing team, and they have been beating previous records. All their current staff are high performers, and hence looking for a talented and driven leader to help refine and elevate their success even further.
You will manage and develop consultants, providing leadership and support to help them grow within their roles. A strong emphasis will be placed on coaching and nurturing talent while also ensuring your team meets performance goals.
