Our client is a well-established, leading drinks business that has experienced fantastic growth. With a portfolio of spirits brands, this business is at the forefront of their categories, featuring numerous category-leading brands. They have a hugely successful business model and are determined to challenge what is possible within the drinks industry, constantly thinking outside the box and committed to doing things their way.
We are now seeking a driven Trade Marketing Manager who can be at the forefront of marketing activation. The Trade Marketing Manager will manage and execute the Trade Marketing strategy across multiple channels, working collaboratively with the Sales team to drive visibility, awareness, and ultimately sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing impactful POS and rolling out toolkits, delivering impactful trade activation plans, and conducting regular reporting to monitor the success of campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have drinks experience and already be operating at the Trade Marketing Manager level. They should be able to evidence the delivery of impactful POS and campaigns across the On and Off Trade. The candidate must be commercial, possess strong project management skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful individual will be agile and responsive, enjoying being out with customers. This role would suit someone who is outgoing, takes initiative, and has an entrepreneurial mind, challenging norms and thinking outside the box.
