You’ll be conducting pre-acquisition survey reports for property buyers—delivering best in class thorough, accurate reports with a focus on top-notch service. Whether you’re out inspecting homes or connecting with residents, you’ll represent us with care and professionalism. What You Need: Residential surveying experience with RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS). Strict adherence and pride in meeting deadlines while delivering great results. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. The right to work in the UK and a passion for your craft. A degree in Surveying or building pathology related. Proficiency in using surveying instruments. Full UK driving licence. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with iPads and apps. A track record of accurate report preparation. MS Office skills and strong industry knowledge.
