This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions for investment professionals during a pivotal time of change.
Role Overview: The Senior Product Owner will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client’s investment research tool. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management and investment office environments, with a proven track record of working closely with Chief Investment Officers (CIOs) and other senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market demands.
- Engage with CIOs and senior stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality product features on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and drive product adoption.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the business transformation initiatives by aligning product development with the overall transformation goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the wealth management or investment office sector.
- In-depth knowledge of investment research tools and their application in wealth management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with CIOs and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting business transformation initiatives is a plus.
