Maintaining a controlled environment using the management of ITIL Principles, covering Access & Knowledge, you will ensure that access and identity is managed for all our systems used by our colleagues, customers, and members. You’ll build knowledge base articles at all levels, ensuring that knowledge is transitioned from Project initiatives into maintained documents. As part of this role, you will be creating accurate management information for all business areas in relation to the ITIL principles you are responsible for, ensuring that access rights are fully auditable.
