As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth and maintain our brand's strong reputation and market presence. This apprenticeship position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your marketing career.
Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as sponsorships, trade shows, and conferences.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted at each of our core sectors.
- Lead Generation: Help create and manage lead generation activities including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels including video blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Sales Support: Provide the sales team with marketing materials and insights to help them close deals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Desirable skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative with an eye for design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- A full UK driver's licence (desirable due to location).
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above).
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
- You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
- If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application, you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
