We're looking for an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead the development, integration, and migration of our core business systems.
About the Role:
As the IT Applications Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of critical business applications, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. In this role you will be fully involved throughout service transition and into day-to-day delivery. You will be split 50/50 across Business as Usual (BAU) and Project / Enhancement work. You will be managing a small team, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, and drive continuous improvement in application performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Financials Fusion and Voyager Infinity platforms.
- Manage application upgrades, integrations, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, movement/migration, security, and compliance.
