WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We’re looking for a results-oriented and performance-driven marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring maximum return on investment and measurable growth. You’ll also be responsible for nurturing and retaining clients through thoughtfully crafted email and SMS campaigns, turning prospective leads into loyal, long-term customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital channels - including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Generate engaging ad copy and design for Gambling products.
- Track and evaluate key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and translate these into actionable recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
- Engage and nurture new clients through our CRM and email messaging platform, and assist in setting up automated SMS response systems.
- Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to optimise ROI.
- Work with the wider organisation and collaborate with Content and Design teams.
- Monitor audience insight/data.
- A/B Testing on ad elements to optimise performance.
- Manage Ad budgets efficiently.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- 3+ years in a Paid Media position.
- 3+ years Paid Social / Paid Ads experience.
- Highly Strategic mindset.
- Great communication skills.
- Google Analytics, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, SnapChat Ads, LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Excellent teamwork.
