About the role:
We are looking for an IT Support manager to join the Information Technology Department providing support to the group based at our operations centre in Harley Street London. As part of the wider service operation our team provides IT services and expertise to enable our healthcare professionals to provide first class fertility care. We focus our skills across all key IT business applications with a flexible, joined-up can do approach.

The post is part of our IT team accountable to the Head of IT. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of It services. Ensuring that systems are secure, available, and professionally managed. Collaborating closely with colleagues within key departments to fully use technology in our working processes with seamless integration and efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on development projects and services, and to contribute to operational and strategic development of our clinics.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a position where they will be exposed to the latest of technologies in a busy and dynamic working environment. They should enjoy interacting with users and have a desire to learn and progress their skills through their work and through the training and development opportunities available. This a key role and therefore must be able to communicate effectively with a prominent level of service.
Knowledge/Skills:
An ideal candidate would possess skills and experience with the following: Recognised industry IT Certification(s).
- Qualified and or minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Technology.
- Qualified and or minimum 5 years’ experience with Cisco technology.
- Qualified and or minimum 5 years’ experience with Networking.
- Qualified and or minimum 5 years’ experience with Office Applications
- Qualified and or minimum 5 years’ experience with Sophos / Mimecast. Delivering customer-facing, client-driven business applications support
- A security first approach to day to day working practice.
- Adept with Microsoft Windows, Azure, Office, and all Microsoft 365 suite of products
Experience:
