A new opening has emerged for a Brand Director to lead the charge in shaping and scaling the brand. This requires a proven Brand Director, with a sharp commercial instinct and a strong background in fashion or apparel. Someone who understands the rhythm of the seasons, the pressure of trading, and the power of building a brand people connect with.
As Brand Director, you’ll own the full brand and marketing strategy, from big-picture creative to performance-led campaigns. You’ll lead the brand’s voice across channels, manage a high-performing team, and work closely with key business functions to drive both awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Ownership: Develop and deliver a bold brand and marketing strategy that reflects the brand's identity and commercial ambitions.
- Omni-channel Focus: Oversee brand delivery across all customer touchpoints – from eCommerce and social to retail and wholesale.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a talented marketing team, championing a culture of creativity, data-led thinking and accountability.
- Commercial Accountability: Ensure marketing activity drives acquisition, engagement, and conversion – supporting revenue targets and brand health.
- Creative Direction: Evolve and elevate brand storytelling through digital content, campaigns, packaging, and community engagement.
- Customer Insight: Keep your ear to the ground – use data, customer feedback, and market trends to guide decisions and refine messaging.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Retail to ensure alignment on seasonal plans and product drops.
