Personal Injury Solicitor, 1-3PQE, Edinburgh

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced solicitor to join a leading team specialising in defendant personal injury work, based in Edinburgh.

You will act on behalf of a high-profile client base, including major insurers, corporates, and public sector bodies, advising on a wide variety of claims across employer\’s liability, public liability, motor, and catastrophic injury matters. This is a fantastic chance to work on complex and high-value cases within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of litigated and pre litigated defendant personal injury claims
• advising clients on liability, quantum, and strategy
• Preparing legal documents
• Collaborating with a national and international team of experts
• supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (Scotland) with experience in personal injury litigation, ideally from a defendant background
• strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent client care, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
