The Advocate Group are partnering with a global spirits business, on the hunt for a proven Trade Marketing Executive with experience activating with National On-Trade customers. About the role: As Trade Marketing Executive for National On-Trade, you will be responsible for delivering and executing activations in this channel to drive growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans. Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy in On Trade accounts. Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance. Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations. Support the activation calendar around key brand moments. Manage innovation launch plans in the On Trade. Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI. Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager. Research and share competitor insights and best practices. Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth. About you: Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment (Drinks Industry preferred) Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met. Knowledge of UK On trade landscape, specifically in the London area. Strong project management skills. Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
