Sales Manager

I am delighted to have partnered up with an ever expanding, commercial cleaning company who are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales management role within Facilities management and specifically cleaning
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in analysing sales data and market trends

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Manage, support, and motivate the sales team
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term business
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed
