The Opportunity

As an instructor, you will deliver our technical content and support apprentices in upskilling through workshops and drop-in sessions. You will help develop their Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours throughout their program. The delivery team is diverse, comprising industry experts, educators, and academics. You will report to a Delivery Lead who will guide your development. You will complete a 3-week onboarding program covering:

  • Modern teaching methodologies for engaging learning
  • Technical upskilling aligned with apprenticeship standards
  • Practical coaching with feedback to prepare you for program delivery

Post-onboarding, you will support apprentices in developing technical expertise in AI and Data domains, driving impact within their organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate delivery sessions of technical content, ensuring objectives are met within time limits.
  • Adhere to quality frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality sessions and experiences.
  • Create an inclusive, motivating environment to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Moderate assignments, provide feedback, and support apprentices' skill development.
  • Proactively support learners and coordinate with coaches and operations to ensure progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with resources, learning updates, and industry knowledge.
  • Build credibility with apprentices through experience and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote Multiverse’s mission and values, helping apprentices connect to the broader purpose.

About You

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and on-camera.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially online.
  • Commitment to professional growth and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in at least two of: Excel for BI, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and preferably Python, demonstrated through projects.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and time series forecasting.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and data governance.
  • Experience applying data analytics professionally.
  • Advocate for ethical data use and familiar with data protection laws.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
