Upon a claim, you will investigate to verify its legitimacy and coverage under the policy. Key Responsibilities Receive and acknowledge new claims Manage and process claims efficiently Coordinate with surveyors, lawyers, and experts Attend meetings with insurers, claimants, and other stakeholders Prepare detailed reports on claims, including legal and liability considerations Communicate with all parties, manage interim payments, and prepare reports Calculate and settle claims, prepare final reports Research market trends and developments Promote Yacht Practice and Marine services to clients Build and maintain client relationships Travel to business development events as needed Identify and refer new business leads Promote internal services and cross-sell opportunities Perform other duties as assigned by management within your capabilities Required Skills Higher education in a relevant field At least 4 years loss adjusting experience Enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable attitude Additional Skills Ability to build professional relationships quickly Effective diary and workload management Strong organizational and IT skills Ability to meet deadlines Confident communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands Why join Charles Taylor?
