Job Title: Production Operator – Evening Join TE Connectivity as a Production Operator – Evening and be part of a team that transforms raw materials into finished products, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Job Overview Our Manufacturing/Production Teams are vital in maintaining smooth production flow, performing changeovers, setups, quality checks, and documenting results while adhering to Environmental Health & Safety policies. Key Responsibilities Maintain safe working practices according to company standards. Select materials correctly using documentation. Deliver materials timely to meet customer expectations. Operate production equipment to prepare and complete products. Complete and file paperwork as required. Work independently to meet quality and production targets. Additional Responsibilities Notify supervisors of material shortages. Review production plans and communicate concerns. Participate in team meetings and communicate operational updates. Support other departments as needed. Candidate Profile Proficient in manual handling tasks. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong organizational skills. Continuous improvement mindset is a plus.
