Solutions Engineer | £65,000–£70,000 | Hybrid (London or Manchester)

Are you a strategic problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and client engagement? We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a rapidly growing global tech company that’s transforming digital experiences for leading financial institutions and millions of members worldwide.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves creating scalable, secure, and tailored technical solutions – while working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the technical lead for client engagements, translating business needs into robust solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect integrations and ensure project delivery
• Present solutions, lead workshops, and clearly communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Drive alignment between client goals and technical execution
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential in real-world scenarios
• Lead solution delivery within scope, time, and budget, tracking KPIs and managing risks

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a technical, product, or systems architecture role
• Experience owning end-to-end solution design and delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Background in fintech, travel tech, or integration-heavy environments
• Strong client-facing presentation and demo experience
