Experimentation Agency
We are looking for an experienced Experimentation Analyst / Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to join a well-established Experimentation Agency on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running A/B tests, designing experiments, and analysing results. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire experimentation process-from designing the experiment and setting up in the experimentation platform, to analysing the data and identifying actionable insights to optimize conversion rates.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative team, supporting a variety of client projects in an ever-evolving space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, set up, and manage A/B tests and experiments within experimentation platforms, ensuring proper metrics and goals are defined
- Oversee the end-to-end process of experimentation, from hypothesis creation through to execution and post-test analysis
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements across client websites or digital products
- Analyse results using experimentation tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights that drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment on experimentation goals
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and strategic direction based on data insights
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience running A/B tests and experiments, ideally in a client-facing environment
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, or other platforms (ability to learn Optimizely if experience is with another tool)
- Experience using analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to analyse data and performance
- Strong ability to identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and insights
- Familiarity with tools such as ContentSquare is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
