My name's Catrina, and I'm a customer care assistant at McDonald's. My job consists of looking after every customer that comes through McDonald's doors and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, ready for the next customer to enjoy their food. It's important for this role that you're open and greet everyone, being approachable as well. My favourite thing about my job is getting to learn and understand different levels of people, meeting different customers and experiences every day, which makes my experience grow. I love being part of McDonald's team; it's great - like your own little work family.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Activities include:

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you, and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working both efficiently and productively is essential.
