Our client is looking for a creative and proactive E-Learning Design Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in e-learning design to join their team. Reporting to the E-Learning Design Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming existing content into interactive, engaging learning experiences that will captivate and motivate learners. If you are skilled in Moodle LMS, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
The role will be office-based for initial training so a commutable distance to London is essential. All staff are currently hybrid working with attendance in the Wimbledon office 1-2 days per week.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in Moodle LMS: Creating interactive courses
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions within the LMS
- Experience using h5p plugin
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- High standard of oral and written communication
- Team player and ability to work on own initiative
- Happy to work in a small team with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- High attention to detail
- Social confidence – ability to build relationships
- Problem-solving and patience - to explain Moodle platform and processes to members/users
- Self-organisation & time-management

What will your role look like?
- Assist in the development of high-quality, interactive e-learning courses for the Property Sector
- Transform existing materials into dynamic, engaging e-learning content
- Leverage your creativity to enhance learning materials, ensuring they are both educational and engaging for learners
- Introduce a variety of learning formats and interactive tools, including assessment techniques such as multiple-choice questions and quizzes
- Continuously improve existing learning products, adding value and fresh perspectives to enhance learner engagement
- Monitor and report on learner progress and assessment performance using the Moodle platform
- Perform regular maintenance of e-learning courses, ensuring smooth functionality
- Address and resolve any learner issues or technical difficulties as they arise
- Contribute to qualification projects as directed, ensuring that deliverables meet agreed milestones and timelines
- Collaborate with Moodle specialists and management to effectively coordinate and manage project components
- Conduct routine security tasks, including data backups and system checks
- Assist with the production of TPI publications and other member benefits
- Support event coordination and execution as required
- Provide assistance with exam administration and related activities when needed
