Would you like to work in a growing FS business in South Manchester with flexible hybrid working? A great opportunity exists within this growing, award-winning finance provider for a Marketer with a strong Digital skillset focussed on delivering industry-leading campaigns. They are looking for a strategic individual to join the business and lead and develop a strong team focussed on delivering industry-leading campaigns to maximise ROI.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director you will manage the day-to-day activities across the function. With budgetary and team management responsibilities, you will be focussed on maximising lead generation, engaging with customers and supporting the brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimise the marketing budget and channel mix to ensure strong ROI across paid search, paid social, CRM, email, partnerships, SEO and more.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team spanning digital, CRM, creative and third-party agencies.
  • Drive B2B lead generation and campaign performance across all stages of the funnel.
  • Run ABM campaigns where relevant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Experience and Project teams to align on business goals.
  • Evaluate and report on performance, drawing insights to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Bring new ideas and innovation to the table to keep their approach fresh, agile and competitive.
The Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance marketing and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines including digital, DBM, CRM, content and brand.
  • Adept at turning data into insight and action.
  • Natural collaborator and relationship-builder.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
